  If there is a better jeweler in NY State, I do not know who they are. Charles is a consummate professional, and takes great pride in everything he does. His craftsmanship is second to none; he helped us consider every conceivable option before we settled upon the final design for our engagement ring. His willingness to go that extra mile was superb, and his patience with us while we "umm'd" and "errr'd" was huge. It was no surprise that my fiancee cried when she put the ring on her finger for the first time. Indeed, the ring has lead to us hearing many "ooo's" and "ahhh's" among our friends when we showed them his work. First class!
