  The owner had appraised a ring for me that I bought elsewhere and found that it was worth a lot less than I paid for it. Seeing my disappointment he didn't charge me for the appraisal and gave me some advice to remedy the situation. I was able to get a refund for the ring and Kneucraft was the first place my fiancé and I went to. She found a ring (designed by the owner of the shop) that was very similar to the one we returned and it had set within it a much bigger and higher quality diamond. The price was also very close to what we spent on the last one as well. He gave us an appraisal for my insurance and we were happily on our way. We’ll be going there again to purchase our wedding bands!

  I just went a purchased an engagement ring with my soon-to-be fiancee. She wanted to pick out her ring to ensure she would like it, and I wouldn't be obligated to spend too much. Several of her coworkers recommended Kneucraft. The woman helping us was friendly and listened to my girlfriend's requirements and what she liked. She made sure to involve me in the conversation, and offered up the prices on several items we looked at, something most jewelry stores don't do. The price is either not on the item, or it's not mentioned till the ring is chosen. My girlfriend decided on a sapphire and diamond white gold, and I was pleasantly surprised it was under $600. We were checked out, and told the next day it would be plated to stop yellowing, and sized properly. I can't say enough good stuff about this place, they were friendly and the prices were good, and my girlfriend got exactly what she wanted.
